Our Mission

We exist to help People Actually Follow Jesus in every area of their lives.

First Rockwall began in 1852 as the New Hope Baptist Church located in downtown Rockwall. Since then, the church moved a mile south where our current building stands today. A group of men and women desired to build a church where they could follow Jesus and make disciples in Rockwall County.

Today, we have kept at that same mission. We do this through weekend and midweek worship and discipleship for all ages. Our mission is help people actually follow Jesus in every area of their lives.
